”Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast excellent: very clean and presented well. Could use some benches outside on well-maintained lawn areas: people like to be outside during nice weather for a bit. Room assignment was the furthest from the front desk, elevators. Many rooms were available closer to elevator.”

”Nice room in an extended stay facility so no breakfast on premises. A construction site was located adjacent to our side of the hotel where our room was but fortunately it was Sunday and work didn't resume until Monday morning when we were getting up.”

”This is a newer property in east Meridian about a half mile north of I-84. It was convenient for our needs. Overall, 5 stars, but the bed was harder than most motels I have stayed in so was not as restful to my wife's and my arthritic bones. On a scale of 1-10, I would I give it a 9, but will probably try a different motel next time for variety. Very good but not WOW. Craig”

”Very clean and nice Property. Plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our stay. No complimentary breakfast. Expedia showed there was. Not a big deal because we enjoy dining out.”

”Employees were kind. Bath did not drain and shower was very slippery as my wife fell and hurt herself . Was at ER for 6 hours. Had to check out early but does not look like I have been credited.”

”We went down for breakfast 30 minutes after the start time and there was no hot food left. The nreakfast staff woman said curtly that she just got there and didn't know why they didn't make more. Then continued to do her cleaning and said it would be another 15 minutes. We were in a rush and couldn't wait. I asked the front desk for compensation and she said she would talk to the manager.... haven't heard back.”

”The pool needed chemicals. The hallways were not as clean as my prior stays, papers, cups and ect were on the floor. The TV worked but after about 30min the screen would go dark. The settings did not make a difference. You could somewhat see it. The breakfast was great as usual.”

”My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

”There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.”
