”Very clean, nice property ”

”Great location across from park & river. Good breakfast also and nice large rooms. We had our dog and she loved it. ”

”Didn’t have the breakfast as it is not included with the room and left our pet at the kennel. Didn¡t see any dogs at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and had all the lotions and great towels we would need.”

”I was called a couple nights before checking in. I was told you to overbooking if I wanted to change my room that I came with two beds into two rooms with one bed each I thought they were upgrading me, but she was nice but instead they separated my daughter and me. I originally had a two bedroom unit which I was not aware of but still if I pay for it, I should’ve been able to use it and not be separated from my adult daughter. Great water pressure to take a shower. Delicious hot cocoa available...

”Expedia booked me for the wrong day and the hotel staff would not work with me to accommodate for their mistake - I will be disputing charges and will not recommend ”

”The property was a very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The pool area was extremely relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in Boise/Meridian.”

”It was great. The only thing would be the eggs in the morning were weird. Too plastic. But there were enough other options, didn't care.”

”The room was clean, The property grounds was lovely. The noise from the freeway was very noticeable. The staff was helpful. We had issues with the keys not working and had to go to the desk. It was all three of them and at the same time, so I doubt it was from a phone or magnet. The cleaning staff either forgot about the king bed room and didn’t make it up, but they did the queen bed room. The breakfast is what you would expect.”

”We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. It’s rundown. ”
