”I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...

”I was not informed of the construction when I made my reservation. Main entrance was closed. There was a small side door marked temporary entrance on the side of the building and the front desk was out of a hotel room. My room was renovated and clean however my window was covered in plastic on the outside and the pool was closed. They said they would give IHG points to comp and didn't.”
