”As soon as we arrived to the room I entered the bathroom and the toilet was clogged so my boyfriend called front desk around 15 minutes later a maintenance guy came to the room and looked at the toilet in master bathroom but he forgot his plunger so he went to get it. 25 minutes later he came back I was in the other bathroom and without knocking he walks in on me I was nude we mentioned this to the front desk assistant manager and they said they would speak to this person. Just wish they had automatic doors to make carrying in luggage and such easier and having ramps for handicap and luggage a little closer to the door would be much more helpful. But overall, excellent experience. Would recommend if you don't care about n pools and such(they don't have one).”

”Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

”Breakfast service consistently ended 30–45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms...

”The stay at the Drury was very comfortable. The room was clean and roomy. The room seemed a little dated, but still very functional. The happy hour and meal were excellent. The lady making the drinks did a great job and the fajita chicken that we had was hot and very good.”
