One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. ”Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel.

”The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do. ”
