”The property looks so unassuming. It is just a blend in with the desert. The way that they have it set up you are completely immersed in nature and even though you’re in a building, you feel so connected to the outdoors the pools the water the ocean it’s absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing. The flavors were fantastic. The service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay.”

”This was an unfortunate experience that I won’t be returning to. The service was subpar, and the prices were ridiculously high for what you get. There were only 2 restaurants available, one for breakfast and lunch, and the other one opened at 5 p.m., so there was no option. Even though the tip of 18% was included regardless of the quality of the service, the drinks were not worth the $28 price tag for a basic cocktail.”

”Beautiful property and on-site butlers and bartenders were excellent. We did not have the best experience checking out. We were over charged and when we discovered this and tried to reconcile via email, the resort stopped responding. Very dissatisfied and of course left a poor taste in our mouths. We likely will not recommend this hotel going forward. Too many good options in Cabo to not deliver end to end customer service.”

”I felt like I went back in time to the 1950s. The power was out when I got there. To use the safe the gave me a lock with a key in it and informed it would cost $100 if I lost it. There was no outlets near my bed so they brought an extension chord and said it cost $150 if I lost it. The power went again at the start of my second day at which the said if wanted leave they would not charge. Expedia owes me a full refund.”

”Overall the stay was good. Inconvenient to get drinks or food at roof top pool in rooms. For the price we paid, we thought they’d give us a bottle of liquor for the room but it was an extra charge. Pool server promised us food to be delivered to our room and never showed up. Called down for luggage pick up and again, they never showed. However, super chill property if you just want to unplug and relax. Ocean view infinity pool was amazing.”

”the hotel did not have full information from Expedia, had 2 rooms reserved for family of 6 via Expedia , Hilton initially had only one, then had to look through one of other family member name to find the second room that was located in another building. Seemed that the check-in clerk was not happy to see that we had reserved through Expedia, blamed Expedia for the confusion. Was able to work it out but it was not a pleasant check in after delayed flight trip to get there.”
