Cabo Real Hotellit

”The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.”

”The pools are great. Rooms are outdated but huge, if you have more than 4 people you’ll get a pretty good size suite. Has a Mojave dessert aesthetic.”

”erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. Mukava henkilökunta joka auttoi tarvittaessa asioissa. Ruoka ravintolassa erinomaista joskin hieman hintavaa. Upea yksityinen uimaranta. Sijainti sellainen, että liikumiseen tarvitsee taksia/ bussia. Suosittelen kaikille.”

”Superb place to stay. Staff provided exemplary services. Clean, walking distance to the beach, and has pools and great restaurants.”

”Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded.”

”Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are very nice, we had an oceanfront, which I highly recommend. The restaurants were very good. The best part was having a swimmable beach. The water is a beautiful aqua marine the beach is huge and the swim area is protected.”

”Staff were great.”

”Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

”Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”

”Westin In San Jose Del Cabo is amazing. Resort is designed beautifully, clean with all the conveniences you need. Yoga in the morning, excellent gym, deli on site with great coffee or any other groceries you may need. Many restaurants on site too. Pool bar, and plenty of organized activities, with Alicia, Sebastian and Perlita brining joyful energy to many activities.”

”Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip. The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can...

”The resort itself was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The restaurants were excellent, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency. One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

”You paid a lot of money to stay in this high end resort and it was worth the price.”
