Beautiful property in an amazing location! We had everything we needed and loved being on the ground level, so close to the pool and all other amenities. The staff was amazing and we had the best welcome we could have imagined. The sweetest woman, Johana, had made us guacamole, fresh pico and margaritas!! And for our boys she made fresh limonada. It was amazing and we literally measured every margarita we had on the trip next to hers. We loved La Estancia and would highly recommend to anyone.

Quick get away

The host was great to work with. Check in was a breeze and as soon as we were in, the property manager came and introduced himself and gave us his number incase there were any issues. There were not.

Nice property, very relaxing stay

This is our first time visiting Mexico and we greatly enjoyed the stay at Stacey's property. It's very well equipped and the overall resort is very convenient, with the added bonus of being able to explore sister properties just a short stroll away.

Great property and unit is just as it looks. Clean and well located. 3 bathrooms were nice for traveling with 5 people. Resort is clean and quiet. You have access to properties next door but this is the nicest of the 3. Close to town. Walked on beach to town. Owner is very helpful.

We took 3 under 3. Close to everything, the staff is some of the best, all super friendly and helpful. Unit was perfect with everything you need. Walkable to restaurants and shops. We would go back!

Wow! Can’t say enough about this villa!

The villa is spacious, well appointed, with comfortable beds and seating areas. The hostess has thought of everything -- lighted mirrors in bathrooms, an air fryer, excellent pantry, and on and on. Perfect for a family with teens or adult children or for two couples. Plenty of space and privacy due to the split design. The property is beautiful, with a quiet pool (no loud kids or thumping music) and easy access to the ocean. We were there first week in November -- perfect weather and not too crowded. Easily got a chair at the beach and pool. Swim up bar was nice too. The place is as beautiful as the pictures.

Excellent Condo on Medano Beach

The condo was clean, beautiful and amazingly equipped with all we needed. The location is great as it is ground floor with the Front door conveniently by the hotel front and the back patio gate steps from the pool, the grounds and beach. The condo was really wonderfully decorated, roomy and so clean. The patio was huge, with comfortable furnishings, and a BBQ. We ate breakfast out there and admired the morning views. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and attended to our every need. The property has everything; a small market, so many restaurants, a gelato shop, Starbucks, a deli with pastries, On site ER care, several fitness centers, a spa, a kids club and many more amenities. Taxis, drivers and transportation are there so quickly. We did not have one bad experience on this trip. I would definitely stay in this lovely rental again.

Best vacation experience

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our first impression of the villa was exactly what was advertised. It was beautiful! We used Milton as our driver and he was very accommodating. He even stopped off at a market for us to get a few things. Omar took the men on a great fishing expedition and then all of us went on a glass bottom boat to the arch. Omar was on time and made sure both trips were amazing. The resort had two restaurants that we really enjoyed and could have eaten every meal there. Everyone provided us with the best service. I would love to come back.

Cabo Villa

We had a great stay in Stacey’s villa. She has a very lovely huge 2 bedroom suite with all the amenities of home. There is a large kitchen ( and barbeque) that is great for those that don't want to go the all inclusive route. We especially liked that the suite was on the ground floor because we had little children and we also enjoyed the huge deck and spent alot of time out there. Stacey was great to communicate with and responded promptly.

Cabo Family Trip !

Wonderful property! Our family booked three Villas at the resort for a total of 15 people! We had a wonderful time, it was very clean, and out of the three it was the most fully stocked one! Things that would be very hard to travel with such as an oversized cooler with wheels was in the room, bag for the beach, lots of spices and cooking items, comfortable beds, nice updated modern furniture and art, we were very happy! Not to mention the host was very communicative and responded quickly! We look forward to coming back!

Could Be 5 Stars Again

This VRBO unit is in a great spot on the first floor, right around the corner from the main lobby. The inside is gorgeous, and the amenities look good, however, it is these same amenities that are its reduction from 5 to 4 stars. The Internet is terrible, which makes streaming from the smart TVs almost impossible. The kitchen has two microwaves and trying to decide which one is working is difficult, so why have two unless you are too cheap to remove the non-working one? Also, there are 3 coffee makers, and deciding which one to use is difficult, and again, why not remove the non-working ones? The washer and dryer can only handle small loads and make noise and shakes like an earthquake. The kitchen pots and pans were not in good condition and scratched non-stick is unhealthy. There should also be some plastic reusable cups for the pool and spa. The cost of the restaurants on the property has become outrageous and cannot be recommended, which makes the kitchen functionality and quality of amenities important.

Great Family Graduation Trip

Husband, myself, daughter (17), son (28) and their significant others came to celebrate my daughter's early graduation. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was fantastic and well-stocked. Being on the ground floor was great. We enjoyed several restaurants on site (and at neighboring resorts). Prices are a big high and make sure to be cognizant that the bills already include a 15% gratuity. Kids had a great time. The gym was fantastic - suana was not very hot but the steam room more than made up for it. We would love to come again.

Awesome, highly recommend!

Villa La Estancia did not disappoint, we loved the location to the pool, beach and lobby. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We used Stacy’s recommendation for transportation to and from the airport and used Omar for activities. Highly recommend!
