Beach Villa

Very rare beach front private villa located on the beautiful white sand beach of Playa Flamingo. The Palms offers breath taking views of the ocean and amazing sunset. Free kayaking, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. Personal masseuse on the property. Full pool side bar with breakfast and lunch options. Private villa or beachside dining. 5 star staff and amenities. Minutes to great local restaurants and bars. The Palms staff will book an excursion you would like (zip lining, ATV, sunset cruise,etc). Checking in is a very simple process. Just arrive at Palms front gate and the staff will help you get situated.

Starting Jan 1,2023 the Palms HOA has implemented a $100 resort fee that will be collected

The perfect family getaway!

This location and villa are absolutely perfect! We loved the beach, pools, spa and all the ameneties. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Every day was picture perfect. We were able to walk to a night market and the marina for dinners. This is such a vreat spot for our family! Thank you!

Great Vacation

The beach and pool locations are very convenient. Lots of space for our family. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the nearby grocery store and cooking our own meals.

Pura Vida Paradise

Just checked out and already wanting to plan another trip! The location was great, accommodations were clean and beautiful and had everything we needed and more… Staff was amazing and so accommodating! Privacy and security were great added touches. Massage on the beach was perfect! Lunch delivered by Coco Loco was so nice! Great dinner spots all around! (We loved Hemingways, Surf Box and Garcia La Vid). So many more we wanted to try! Great grilling area at the home if you want to grill! Loved meeting some of the owners!Literally couldn’t have loved it more!

Playa flamingo

We had a great time at the resort. Location was great and the concierge was very helpful. The property was great and the manager responded quickly to any issues. The only negative was the rules at the pool prevented our teenagers from throwing a football with their dad at the pool. We have never been to a property that did that especially when no other guests were around. We moved to the beach instead. The rules were the Palms rules not the property and I mention only for those with kids as any inflatables or toys at the pool are prohibited. Seems like the resort is more suited to adults that do not want to be Interupted. It was a minor issue as we have teenagers and not smaller kids that refuse to go to the beach.

Really amazing

Everything about the place was amazing. We splurged on what we hoped would be a nice luxurious place to relax, and the accommodations along with the pool(s), beach and local area were exceptional. It was really hard to leave!

Spectacular Stay

My family of 5 recently enjoyed a 4 night stay at the spectacular Palms Playa Flamingo. Michael was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The condo was just perfect. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including a few games-we enjoyed playing Jenga one evening on the patio. The view from the master balcony is an 11/10. The level of concierge service was an unexpected delight. All of the staff were very pleasant and attentive-shout out to Diana and Anthony. Playa Flamingo beach is one of the most beautiful swimmable beaches we have visited. The sunsets are incredible. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Stunning Costa Rican Treat

Wonderful luxury on a fabulous beach in Playa Flamingo. Everything needed for a get-a-way requiring nothing on our part other than showing up and heading to the local grocery store. We couldn't be more pleased.

Perfect beach vacation

Property had everything and more. Resort amenities included free use of SUP, kayaks, body boards; pool bar (cost not included in VRBO), access to lounge chairs & umbrellas, concierge that helped with anything we needed (dinner reservations, booking excursions). They probably would have gotten my groceries too! Staff so incredibly helpful with anything. Masseuses on premises. Restaurants & grocery store in walking distance. If you are getting a lot of groceries, then I suggest you drive. There is also a golf cart rental place but you cannot go on main road through town with carts. The beach was amazing! Other beach towns very close by. Our kids are 20, 18 & 12 & it was very safe for them to walk down beach to a restaurant on their own. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is the place.

Amazing unit and property

The only issue was that we didn’t stay longer. The unit was fantastic and as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. The gas grills for the complex are right next to this unit which was very convenient. Palms staff was super attentive even tho we didn’t need much. Will definitely be back.

Oh my this property at The Palms is gorgeous, very comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need! The staff at the Palms are also so helpful & over communicate! The rooms were spacious and the beds were great with lots of pillows! The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of extras! There was always hot water and great water pressure. I loved the location because it was right in the middle of the resort and everything around us was in walking distance! My husband and I took our 4 kids, ages 7-16 and we felt so safe at The Palms and the areas around it. We will definitely be coming back again and again! Thank you for an incredible experience in Costa Rica!
