Very good hotel experience
Very nice hotel with good location, clean and specious rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. We can warmly recommend for couples and families too.

Great hotel with very good location.
Very nice, new and clean hotel and very helpful personnel. Very good location middle of Cagliari. We really enjoyed our visit at L'Ambasciata Hotel de Charme.

The hotel is not the newest anymore but clean and in a great location (everything in walking distance). The breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and was supporting and helpful with any questions we had. Parking is not so easy during the week but there are many options close by (for a fee) and the staff is helping to find a parking (even upfront via WhatsApp).

My wife and I spent a night in Cagliari before taking our flight, the hotel is located right in the city centre and close to the port and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a nice hotel, fairly small and cosy

La struttura si trova nel centro della Marina di Cagliari a due passi dal mare. Camera molto accogliente, letto stra comodo (evidentemente materasso nuovo), bagno dal design moderno con doccia a soffione ampio e getti orizzontali), pulizia molto buona, Wi-Fi free e tv a maxi schermo. La colazione è varia ed abbondante, dolce e salato. Il personale è estremamente cordiale.

The best thing my family and I can say about is it’s location in the center of the historic district. We were there for 2 nights and the rooms we received (and were unable to change) had mold on the walls and uncomfortably low ceilings.

The staff at this property were AMAZING... the four that I saw on daily basis were just kind kind kind.. Great location to walk around the city. It is older property but kept clean. I had the breakfast included was perfect for me. Was like continental the croissants wonderful. The only bad thing I can say is they have urinal in bathroom too and smelled like urine sometimes bad. But I enjoyed my trip tremendously and they were a big part of it.....

Just ok
It is centrally located, walking distance to all important sites. Was not very clean, especially bathroom… Was very loud as our room was facing Indian restaurant but also was weekend. Not easy to sleep. For a short stay it does the work….

Great Mid-Range Option
This hotel location is great. Right in the Marina section of the historic town, lots happening all around you. Parking is tricky, super cool narrow streets surrounding it. staff is very nice, rooms are comfortable, clean, but not fancy. We just needed a place for 1 evening to catch a plane the next morning early. This was great for that prupose - however I'd also spend a few more days here since like I mentioned, it was well located, fair priced, and clean + comfortable.

This property is a very short walk from the airport train drop off. The train from the airport to the city, was about eight minutes and from there it was less than a 10 minute walk to get to the hotel. This staff working at the hotel was extremely nice. They gave us a few suggestions of things to check out. We got to see an airshow that takes place once a year at the recommendation of the staff. Our stay was very short, but very pleasant.

Cet hôtel à Cagliari est très bien situé à proximité de terrasses et de la vieille ville. Notre chambre était très propre, comfortable et remarquablement tranquille. La réceptionniste Stéphanie a été fort accueillante et ses conseils utiles. Nous recommandons cet endroit

The room was modern and seemed recently renovated in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia. However when we checked into our hotelroom we noticed several hairstrains spread across the room and bathroom. When we complained about this to the receptionist she went and cleaned the room again and we noticed a bit of a difference when we came back from our dinner. We didn't use the AC as it was making such a loud noise, making it impossible to sleep while being on. When we informed the lady in the reception about this we were told that the technician had been informed but haven't had the time to look into it yet. Overall this hotel could've gotten a way better rating from me if they just would've cleaned the room properly fr the start.

Ottimo albergo in centro a Cagliari
Ho soggiornato all'hotel per 2 volte, all'andata e al ritorno di un viaggio in Sardegna, diciamo che la prima volta siamo rimaste un po' stupite per l'altezza della camera in quanto abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano che è mansardato ed essendo alte tutte e due qualche capocciata nell'abbassamento del soffitto l'abbiamo data, in piu6come finestra c'era solo un lucernario che dava sul tetto inaccessibile. La seconda volta invece ci hanno dato una camera molto confortevole. L'accoglienza è superlativa, la gentilezza della signorina alla reception è squisita, ci hanno trovato un garage per la macchina 50 metri, e ci hanno fornito la mappa per raggiungerlo dandoci anche gli orari Ztl, l'albergo è in una posizione strategica. Se tornerò in Sardegna soggiorno sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza

Eine sehr gute Lage, direkt in dem Zentrum der Stadt. Leider waren die Matratzen aber vollständig durch, sodass ich überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Zudem war das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach und hatte kein wirkliches Fenster, sodass man im Bad und im Schlafzimmer schwarzen Schimmelansatz an den Wänden sehen konnte ….
