It wasn't bad until the evening. They made the children get out of the pool at 7:00. They told me it was for people to have peace and quiet. Then they fired up the amplifiers to 14. They didn't have any speakers bigger than 2-in tweeters. For those who know music understand this is ear piercing. The noise that was coming from the center of the hotel. Should have shattered all the windows. To stay in such a luxurious hotel and have such horrific high-pitched screech coming from the center. Is just unheard of. I counted the people that were down there. There was more staff vendor was guest. 15 guests to be exact. And about 25 staff.

I was booked for two nights without breakfast. The hotel called me an hour before to confirm if I needed any extra assistance which was super appreciated really made me feel welcomed. I was greeted by Mr. Karim Ibrahim at the reception, he was very professional & genuinely helpful. He made the checkin process very easy, he gave me a double room upgrade & also added breakfast at no extra cost. I was then taken to my room by Ms. Sabryn one of the ladies in red (A Kempinski thing) this was the true VIP experience. I was also greeted by Ms. Ieva who told me to let her know if I need any assistance with anything. Every inch of the room was spotless, The room had a Nespresso machine (typical for every room). I tried their breakfast which was perfect had healthy options as well as your normal buffet items. The restaurants were clean and very relaxing. The vibe restaurant is open 24 hours which I made use of it on a couple of occasions. All the staff will always greet you and offer any help if you need it. The director of housekeeping Mr. Abdou greeted the next day & asked if the room was missing anything or if I need anything else. This hotel really knows the meaning of pampering and relaxing their guests. I had a small complaint which was dealt with right away and in a very professional manner. The room also had a rich fruit plate & a full sleeve of Nespresso pods (this was extra but very appreciated). I also tried their spa which is one of the best I have ever experienced.

worst experience ever they delegate the whole area to security people without changing my room or even informing me. the security knocked my door, when ever I open the door 2 guys standing on front of my door and 7 - 8 people in the corridor. when I escalated to hotel, they started taking action and change my room. I couldn't feel safe there.

Although this is a decent property ,this trip came with mishaps. Internet issues ,room cleanliness and quality of food was poor . I received no VIP perks. I’ve stayed in this hotel before. Maybe this trip was a one off, but not impressed this time around.

Absolutely must stay here!
Hands down, this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. I’ve travelled to 12 countries across 4 continents, and have never had a better experience. The staff was simply stellar, helpful, professional and courteous. The hotel and am entities are to die for. The breakfast buffet was world-class with choices of cuisine from around the world see pictures. Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Safety and security was taken seriously and was on display with vehicle checks, and a professional security detail. You simply must stay here. See pictures!!
