”A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. ”Beautiful hotel, with great views.
The staff are very welcoming.
Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds.
120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay!
Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the
amount of wasps around the food, inside and out.
Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property.
Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.
