This was our second time staying here as it is such a perfect hotel, went with our 14 year old daughter and it was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, the location is great, staff very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The spa is a nice addition too - as is the breakfast. Highly recommended

Great, authentic, and charming hotel in Ibiza Old Town. The hotel consists of three different buildings at separate addresses, so the experience varies depending on which one you stay in. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good, but given the hotel’s unique character and profile, I had expected something a bit more modern and creative. Instead, it was fairly traditional. Overall, we had a very good experience. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and charming place to stay in Ibiza Old Town.

It will be a great hotel next year but at the moment it's a very expensive building site. Things don't work, things are not installed. Instead of relaxing time by the pool, there is drilling and digging. Staff are doing the best they can to accommodate but it was still very hard to call this holiday "relaxing".
