”Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. ”Unfortunately, the room was very unsatisfactory for the price. The carpet smelled of dog, the curtains had stains, the blinds were broken, the bed frame itself was broken on one corner, there were tons of flies, etc. I am pretty upset as the pictures show the room in a MUCH improved state and that is what I expected. It was embarrassing, I booked the "honeymoon suite" and it legitimately felt like a dingy room you take a hooker to. The oddly positioned couches did not help with this sense...

”Windows are tin and have moisture that is abundant. Rooms are not quiet. Fridge makes awful noises. Bring ear plugs if you stay here. And if you bring dogs, you cannot leave them unattended in the room unless you’re using the Hottub. ”

”I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall the experience was okay but could be improved. The room felt outdated, and the TV was quite small compared to what I expected that I couldn’t even used. The kitchen was also missing several basic items, which made it less convenient to use. With some updates and better equipment, this place could be much more comfortable”

”Parking was safe and easy. Staff was amazing. Hot tub felt a little sketchy, we were on the 2nd floor and it filled up about a quarter of the way and started creaking like if we got into the tub then we would fall to the floor below lol ”

”Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”
