Some concerns: no ice maker, not even ice trays; airfresheners caused our friend to have an asthma attack; could have used bedroom lamps with port for phone charger; needed code for garage door; no instructions for TV; nice pots and pans and dinnerware, but could not locate cutting board, measuring spoons or cups, or cookie sheet. ”We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

”The photos do not do this cabin justice! It is so perfect. My entire family (including 2 older teenagers that had to share the HUGE master room that holds 2 beds!) loved the house. We will definitely be remembering it as one to return to!”

”Loved staying here SO much! Everything was extremely well kept. It was so peaceful. Host was accommodating - letting us change our stay to a day later when our travel plans changed. Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!”
