Charming guesthouse in the heart of Calolziocote , a town overlooking the Adda, which has always been a meeting point between the provinces of Lecco, Bergamo and Milan. The current owners have been able to enhance the historic character of the building, preserving the impressive stone staircase that leads to the upper floor, where an elegant loft opens with a living area, equipped kitchen and sleeping area. Here there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a triple suite with bathroom.
The structure has been designed with particular attention to sustainability, inspired by the four elements of nature.

The common area is dedicated to the Adda , symbol of the water that springs in the mountains and crosses Lake Como before reaching Calolziocote.
The three themed rooms recall the other natural elements:

Breva , inspired by the air, the wind that blows from south to north bringing good weather ;
Olive tree , symbol of the earth and of the deep roots of the territory, recalling Larian excellence in the production of extra virgin olive oil;
Lava , a typical Italian representation of fire and heat.
In the bathrooms, the materials chosen recall these elements, with details in lava stone and olive wood .


The GuestHouse has been designed to guarantee a stay characterized by comfort and respect for the environment. It has the latest generation of underfloor heating, low energy impact systems, home automation, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation .
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, safe, minibar, comfortable mattresses, code access and large private bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and walk-in shower. Bed linen, towels and a courtesy set with shampoo and shower gel are included.
The common kitchen offers everything you need: stove, traditional oven and microwave, coffee machine, toaster and large refrigerator. A small welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper and coffee is available for guests.
Finally, the shared area is furnished with a large dining table and a comfortable relaxation area with sofas.
The GuestHouse is managed by Nativoo , a benefit company that is concretely committed to sustainability, and is part of the NativooForGood project, created to promote the Sustainable Development Goals in the short-term rentals sector in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
