”Well stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything was clean. Furniture slightly outdated and stained but otherwise comfortable. Excellent View and love the balcony. Staff was amazing. Jose, Danielle, and Wayne made check-in feel like I was coming to visit family. I was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and humor which is rare nowadays. Definite recommended stay”

Reservé un hotel a través de su plataforma y al momento de hacer el check-in, alrededor de las 12 de la noche, la habitación que me asignaron estaba completamente sucia. Tengo evidencia en fotos.
Lo más preocupante fue que el personal del hotel no me ofreció ninguna solución adecuada en ese momento. Incluso propuse quedarme en la habitación y limpiarla yo misma a cambio de algún descuento, pero tampoco accedieron.

”Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!”

”The rooms are amazing, the housekeeping is really good. Just expensive and not totally forthcoming about extra fee for the property when you book & pay online it isn’t until you get there you will find out that before you can even get to your room you will be charged for parking and will be charged $250 for just in case something happens even though they have no reason to assume someone will do anything to they’re property & the elevators to go stairs is horrible just use the stairs to go down...
