”Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage...

”Oasis is a quaint, nicely decorated hotel. The owner, Mr Uyen (and his wife whom we met later) was very friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English and gave us several ideas on what to do or where to go. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beach is a close walk and the night market is within walking distance as well. We were also able to rent a scooter from Mr. Uyen which we took to visit the Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain. I gave 3 stars for accuracy of online listing...

”The owners were fantastic and very friendly,we were late getting into De Nang, the owner met us with the taxi driver as they were uncertain where to go - that was fantastic service at 10.00pm at night.However for the price we paid the apartment is out dated compared to what you can rent a new apartment for. We arrived and the owners had left us towels to use, there was a washing machine however no clothes airer. To try and get your clothes dried in the bathroom was antiquated. There was no iron...

”Loved the pool and the house was amazing really beautiful rooms! The listing states you get the entire house or at least that’s how I read it but you are only in fact getting a room not the entire house. This was expected however given the price and I really did love my stay. Our group of 6 had originally been allocated 3 rooms but two of our friends decided they didn’t want to share so opted to pay a little extra to get a fourth room.”

"Stayed for 5 nights. I would give this hotel 9/10. The good: -Great location slightly outside of Hoi An centre - trust me, it's good to be slightly removed from the crowds. Easy 10-15min walk or a $1 taxi ride from the centre. -The staff were out of this world nice and well trained. -Very clean and spacious rooms -Great breakfast -Easy to organize drivers, tours, etc. Whatever you need, they'll help you out. -Everyone spoke excellent English The bad: -While there was no noise from the outside, the rooms have no noise cancellation. You could've heard a pin drop in the next room over. We had a loud family in the next room over that kept us awake. We were offered a room change and it was heavenly and quiet once there was no one in the next room over. "
