"Staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful! Highest floor suite was spacious and had great views with panorama windows. Room was clean. Breakfast wasn't too special, the breakfast corner was tight. But overall very good experience."

"We were greeted in the best possible manor on arrival, and were upgraded to an family suite free of charge. The staff speaks english very good, and are extremely helpful. The location is on a quiet street, but still within walking distanse of the entire old quarter. The breakfast is very good."

"Kaikki oli erittäin hyvä. Huone siisti, mutta kalustus epäkäytännöllinen. Ei ollut kunnolla paikka matkalaukuille ja hyllyjä vaatteille. Kalusteet vei kauheasti tilaa, mutta ei ollut niissä kunnolla laatikoita tai hyllyjä. Kokolattiamatto pilasi kokonaisuuden. Hanat hienon näköiset, mutta epäkäytännälliset. Kylpyhuoneen valo paistoi verhojen alareunasta ärsyttävästi suoraan sänkyyn. Hotellin käytävällä haisi home, onneksi huoneessa ei haissut. Club lounge palvelut erinomaiset, erityisesti ruokapuoli - suureet kiitokset kokkille ja kaikille keittiöm työntekijöille. Emme saanet oikein ohjeistusta uloskirjautumisen toiminnasta matkalaukkujen kanssa, joten siihen ei saatu ollenkaan apua. "

"We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost. The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers. Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great! Location wise great - just at beach. With some attention to minor details this hotel could be best in class. "
