”Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. ”

Every single staff member is polite and goes out of their way for every request. I booked 5 nights and by my 4th day they remembered my room number at breakfast,the type of eggs I like and had my hot chocolate made for me cafe quality. All brought to my table. Find a hair dresser or store, call your airline, book a transfer to the airport, share vietnamese...

”The staff and wonderful and kind. They ensured we had a room with both balcony and bathtub, a lovely large comfy room. The location is good to the clubs, market and many shops and restaurants. The showers were exceptional with super hot water and great pressure. The breakfast was a great value with many options. The bed was a proper king and the blackout curtains did just thay. The only the only thing i would recommend is to add chairs to the balcony and teach the bartenders how to pour a...
