Perhehotellit - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

”Wonderful hotel to stay at. The hotel was new and clean. The staff was friendly and kind.”

”The room was big and very clean in a great location inside the Apartment Cafe building. The only downside for me was that a cafe was right above the unit and starting at about 7:30am each morning I could hear the noise from above. If you are normally awake at that time it probably wouldn't bother you because the cafe closes at 10pm and is quiet at night but I usually wake up later than 7:30am. The check-in and communication was great.”

”A nr perfect hotel. Lots of friendly staff which would always make the effort. Roof top pool is a nice touch and free take away drinks from the hotel lobby was an unexpected nice touch. Location is ideal nr local metro station and all the main shopping areas. Plus great for familles”

”Nice staffs and clean room”

”Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla kauppakeskuksen sisällä. Osa palveluista kuten kuntosali ja allasalue on jaettu toisen hotellin kanssa. Allasalueella ei ole tämän hotellin wifiä vaan toisen hotellin ja siihen ei voinut liittyä. Lounge on ala-arvoinen ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta huolimatta. Loungessa on erittäin suppea tarjoiluvalikoima. Minibaaria ei täydennetty ensimmäisen päivän jälkeen, mutta huomautettuani asiasta se tehtiin seuraavana päivänä. Hissit ovat erittäin hitaat. Aina joutui...

”Lotte Hotel Saigon is a stunning five-star hotel that exceeded all expectations. The Presidential Suite and executive lounge were fantastic, but what truly stood out was the warm, attentive service from every member of staff. Special thanks to Emily, Veronica, Tanya, Nancy, and Mia in the lounge – and especially to Emily for her excellent advice and genuine care. From the reception to the restaurant, the service was flawless and even surpassed what we’ve experienced in Dubai. A truly...

”Great location that's close to pretty much everything. Good size and modern rooms, attentive and very helpful multilingual staff, fresh tasty snacks available for guests in the foyer pretty much all day and high quality cleaning. Overall a great place to stay in HCMC and excellent value. The only real downside was that the pillows are shockingly uncomfortable.”

”It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the...
