"The hotel was overall pleasant. The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool was really not swimmable since the water was absolutely freezing (that tells much coming from someone from Finland). The breakfast was quite limited and the kitchen seemed to be understaffed, the coffee machine was horrendous since you never knew what it would spit out, if anything. The instant coffee in the rooms was poor quality, even after using two servings, the "coffee" tasted more like aromatized water. The housekeeping staff was friendly and effective, however one thing that struck me odd was, during our stay (10 days) the sheets were not change once, I'm sure they would have once asked but in that humid and hot environment it should really be done at least once a week without ask."

"Good location. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and sauna. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and orange juice. But the staff of the hotel was very rude. When we arrived there was two working in the reception, no guests and we received a very cold hello. Every time we walked past the reception we were not greeted. Upon check out very rude, did not ask about our Stay or wish us safe travelling. Felt like very basic manners were missing. Also breakfast staff rude. Breakfast ended at 10.30 and they started plating dinner already at 10. Accidentaly sat down in a table with dinner set up and was heavily scolded that can’t i see the set up is for dinner. Can’t understand the rude staff. Very weird."
