Das Wohnzimmer in der Höhle und die grosse Terrasse sind einzigartig, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Haus von Federico ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung waren wir phasenweise nicht zufrieden: vom benachbarten Hotel und den Strandhotels wird man beschallt, wer Ruhe sucht, ist nicht gut bedient. ”Although the property is unique it definitely had its drawbacks. The unit is old and in need of repair, there were pieces of plaster from the ceiling falling on my granddaughter as she slept and excessive ants. Also the walk up the 50 stairs every time we went out was a bit much. On a positive note the caretaker Rita was lovely and helpful.”

”Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! Le logement est au top , super équipe , un jacuzzi par logement , un coin embrace personnel , piscine .. enfin tout .. et pour finir une vue magnifique ! On y retournera ..c est le meilleur endroit de nos 15 jours de balade en Italie !!!”

”Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

”A charming, cute and lovely sized house for us. With all the amenities and facilities that you could wish for in a self-catering place. We were very impressed with the provisions - eg, cooking utensils, beach towels, deck chairs, beach bags, herb garden etc. Kitchen had gorgeous views. Property was tastefully decorated, providing many little homely touches. Beware, there are stairs up to the house and up to the mezzanine bedroom floor.
