”It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. ”

”This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

”I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. ”
