Sylvie is a very helpful host and made a lot of effort to ensure my partner and I had all the information we needed for our visit, despite our lack of French.

”Room air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use.”

"Poor place. They gave wrong room type, I paid for apartment with double bed and there was not that. Aparment was very cold because somebody left door open and inside was same temperature like outside. Door was open because lock did not worked. Reception was closed and nobody answered to phone so there was not possible to get right apartment. Inside was also smell of urea. "
