âRoom air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use.â
âWe liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isnât anything within walking distance. Itâs kind of in a business area so you canât walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasnât a problem but it could be if youâre expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. â
