    Etsitkö että täydellinen paikka loma? Älä etsi enää - Cape Winds 507 on kaikki. Tämä kattohuoneisto, OCEANFRONT huoneisto yksikkö on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja on ainutlaatuinen kaksinkertainen leveä parveke.     Keittiössä on uudet kaapit, tiskille ja laitteet ja kaikki kattilat, pannut, astiat ja ruokailuvälineet sinun täytyy tehdä erityinen ateria! Keittiönurkkauksessa on kolme baarituolia uuden ruokailupöydän vieressä, johon mahtuu 6. Olohuoneessa on nahka Ulottumamitan sohva, joka voi myös vetää ulos sänky. Myös 52 "Plasma-TV DVD-soittimella nautinnollesi.

    Makuuhuoneessa on upouusi sänky asetettu king-vuode, TV, DVD-soitin, vaatehuone, merinäköala, pääsy parvekkeelle ja oma. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, vaatekaappi ja TV. Myös pesukone ja kuivaaja oikealla laitteen sisällä. Laitteessa on liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, keittiötarvikkeet, rantapyyhkeet, rantatuolit, rantalelut, boogie-levyt ja aurinkovarjo.

    Cape Winds on kaunis kokonaisuus, jolla on mukavuuksia koko perheelle. Lounge ympärillä suuri uima-allas, lepää kylpytynnyrissä tai harrasta aktiivisesti tennis- ja koripallokenttiä. On lyhyt rantatien aivan kompleksi päästä valkoinen hiekkaranta - et voi olla lähempänä! Kompleksi sijaitsee 1,,2 kilometriä pohjoiseen Cocoa Beach Pier, ja lähellä monia ravintoloita ja nähtävyyksiä. Spring break

Wife and kids stayed for spring break. Unit was clean but could use some updates. Great for the price. Pool was small but we stayed at beach most the time except for the extremely windy day. Plenty of restaurants etc just a short drive. Great week!

We saw a submarine!

We had a wonderful time in this property. We really enjoyed that it was north of a lot of the activity so it was quiet but close to everything. It was really nice to watch the cruise ships going in and out of the port from our balcony and we even saw a submarine. We would definitely go back.

Loved it!

Excellent place to take a beach vacation! Unit was exactly as described and the pictures do it justice. The beach equipment was really helpful to have…our teenage boys loved the boogie boards. Great views of the sunrise on your large patio and the sunset out the back.

Cape Canaveral Beach visit

Loved our Cape Winds condo. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The outdoor space was wonderful, loved watching the cruise ships come and go and we could see the SpaceX shot from the balcony. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both pristine. We hope to return next year.

Great View in a Comfortable Condo

What a great place to relax in, with a terrific view. This condo has a large comfortable balcony to sit out on to enjoy a sunrise or just watch the waves coming on shore. It's on the top floor so there isn't the sound of someone running around above you. It was clean, well supplied, the king bed was comfortable, beach chairs are provided along with a boogey board. It is a great place to spend your vacation. We sure enjoyed it.

A week at Cape Canaveral beach

5th floor unit was quiet and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. Very satisfied with the trip. Saw a SpaceX rocket launch for the first time. The beach was very pleasant but the weather could have been better. April is probably not the best time for this Beach.

Amazing seaside dtay

Absolutely fabulous! We spent 5 nights in apartment 507 and it was the best!! Right on the beach with a fabulous balcony and lounge that overlooks the sea - it's like paradise. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well equipped with two generous bedrooms. It's well equipped and we wanted for nothing - Kelsy was great at pre check in and catching up during our stay and I'd recommend this apartment to anyone! What an absolute gem.

View was the part. Sliding doors very difficult to open and close. Microwave stopped working the morning we left. Otherwise everything was great! Would stay there again.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our time here! The place is immaculate and the view is stunning. Our first night here we watched a Falcon 9 launch from Kennedy!! We stayed the beginning of March and the beach/pool were not crowded at all. We loved the heated pool at night. The condo comes with all the supplies to make your time on the beach comfortable (chairs, boards, umbrella, towels). The kitchen has tons of utensils and plates. Walking distance to several restaurants. It was truly a great place to visit for a few days!!

There is so much positives to say. To start, the pictures don't do the condo justice. It is beautiful and well kept. The view from the balcony is worth it. You can see the lainches from there. The beach is not crowded at all. Amanda was wonderful to communicate with, she responded right away to me.

We were so very pleased with our stay. We only had one issue. The elevator was not working one of the days but i reached out to the contact person. They had it fixed on no time. We take this trip at least once a year and will definitely be staying in the use this again.

Location Location Location!

This condo looked just like the pictures. It felt like home for the week. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Being right on the ocean seeing the view everyday was awesome. Hearing the waves crash while sleeping was a bonus. We googled eating places before we arrived 26 in all. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We even saw a night launch right from the balcony! We looked at may other units in the building and this was the best by far. We had a few days of rainy cloudy days and were thankful for the view. The beach was never crowded either. The resort in whole was well maintained. Our only very small negative was the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. Eating or relaxing on the balcony was awesome too. Getting to wash our clothes before leaving was so nice. We spent a few days at KSC which is only 30 minutes away. This will be our place to stay every year! If your looking for a place to vacation stop looking around and booked this one you won't be disappointed! Follow me on google reviews for all our adventures while staying here @ Grouper 305

Thanksgiving in Cape Canaveral

After a year and a half of postponements due to Covid, we finally made it to our vacation in Cape Canaveral and our stay in Cape Winds 507! All we had to go on beforehand were the photos posted online, and the condo did not disappoint! The view from the balcony and thru the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom was breathtaking. My only problem with the condo was the height of the bed. It was so high that I really struggled to get up into it, We were there for 10 days at Thanksgiving and the weather was uncharacteristically cold. Apparantly Florida was the victim of a cold front dipping down from the north. Consequently we weren't able to get as much use of the balcony as we would have liked, but the views were just as captivating from inside as from outside. There were a couple of little hiccups during our stay, but Kelsy was right on top of everything. I can't say enough about the great service that she and her co-workers at Stay in Cocoa Beach provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who is headed to the area. We are planning on renting from them again later this year.

What a great experience!

First off, Kelsy and the crew at Stay at Cocoa Beach are amazing. Their customer service and response times are top notch. For everyone who has done the “condo thing” at the beach, you know it's important. Next, the condo. It's definitely above the regular “shabby beach chic” that seems to proliferate everywhere. The beds are comfortable and there aren't too many things cluttering up the apartment. Enough pillows and towels and beach toys to fulfill a family. There are board games and books. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic items and the place was CLEAN when we got in. The porch is amazing. When at the beach I like spending a lot of time on the porch just looking at the sea and I had unobstructed views of the beach and could just sit and listen and enjoy. There are lots of chairs on the porch and once again, the porch and outside was super clean. They have smart tv's which makes life so much easier to watch any shows you may feel the needs to catch up on. We had a great time and have already booked our vacation here next year and looking for a week or part of a week later in the year. We've stayed in the cocoa beach area twice a year for three, going on four, years now and this company is, by far, the best we've dealt with.

Beautiful, warm beach and view

I'll start with pros, then go on to cons: PROS: Beautiful view (although very bright in the morning with the sunrise!), Great beach, not super crowded- even on Labor Day when we went, not too many people on shore. Water was EXTREMELY warm! Like bath water! I personally loved that (I hate cold water ha) no shock factor, just get right in the ocean! It was so warm that we never even went into the pool. We did hit up the jacuzzi a couple nights though. Condo was stocked with kitchen supplies, 2 beach chairs (had to have my sister bring more since there were 6 of us), cooler, umbrella, and 2 GOOD boogie boards (not the cheap ones, which was great bc I love to boogie board and most condos we've stayed at have cheap, crappy boogie boards). Beds were comfy and clean. Communication with owners was great, check in was easy. They also had a queen size blow up mattress for extra bedding. Condo is right by the Kennedy Space Center so we were able to see a rocket launch from shore! so cool! Oh another thing that we loved was that the building had luggage carts you could use to haul all of your stuff up to the unit. That was handy. CONS: Building and unit were old- one of us got there a day early and one of the showers weren't working so maintenance had to spend a couple days fixing that. Luckily they were able to fix it. There were some bugs in the unit but to be expected in Florida. There is no "pull out" couch bed, just the sofa cushion. Also, the sofa pictured is not the same sofa. Our sofa did not have the chaise on one side. Another con was that the building only has one outdoor sprayer to spray all the sand off of your feet/boogie boards etc but it's located inside the gated pool area, so once the pool is closed, they lock it up and you can't get in to use the sprayer. I wish they would add another sand shower outside the pool area. Overall, a great stay! We had a great time on our girls trip!
