”We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!”

”Perfect stay for late May!! Wonderfully updated equipped spacious 2bedroom 2bath condo on 4th floor! The building itself is not fancy but it absolutely has everything you need. Balcony overseas pool with wonderful views of beach & beach entrance! 8 ft deep pool was in nice shape to swim in. Very capable wash off stations to get sand off from beach. Walking distance to some restaurants- shops and downtown cocoa beach 3/4 mile to the south for that cute area. Atlantic Ave/A1A is busy divided road...

”This condo was exactly what my family of 5 needed to relax and rest after the Disney parks. The KSC is a short drive away and the host gave us a list of local shops/restaurants nearby to enrich our experience. She even sent us a notification about a rocket launch and so thankful she did--was a highlight! Property clean and secure; perfect for families. Everything you need for the beach is available which made our beach day effortless! Would definitely stay here again...we even ran into someone...

”It isn’t as new as some of the others, but this place is awesome! The property manager is onsite daily and easily reached, ready to help with ANYTHING! The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back! ”Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance.”
