”We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.”

”Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.”

”Central enough to see rocket launches, go to Brevard Zoo, and still drive to Melbourne Beach to do world class snorkeling. The house pool table was used a lot by our grandchildren.”

”We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as promised and there was plenty of room for all. We walked to the beach every day and even got to watch a satellite launch while there from the 3rd floor balcony. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which were very useful. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and of course surf shops, a short drive away. Highly recommend staying there.”
