Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, näkymät erinomaiset
Vietimme ihanan loman tässä pienessä hyvässä hotellissa, jonka henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja sijainti erinomainen. Huoneestamme oli upeat näköalat pöytävuorelle. Ainoa meille uimareille negatiivinen asia oli lintujen sulat uima-altaassa ja altaan pienuus, mutta silti altaaseen pulahtaminen oli virkistävää.

Hotelli oli hyvää perustasoa. Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sijainti oli monien museoiden ja mielettömän Company Gardensin välittömässä läheisyydessä, ja erittäin lähellä Long Streetia. Katu oli jokseenkin pimeä ja hiljainen ilta-aikaan. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Huoneessa sai vain pienen ikkunan auki. Näkymät olivat ainakin yläkerroksista hienot, vuorille päin. Parvekkeita oli vain talon toisella puolella sijaitsevissa huoneissa.

Very clean and well maintained rooms and tue daily gifts were great ones. However, the staff promised to email my receipt but until now they have not done so. Now my company has not refunded me my accommodation bill because I couldn’t present my cash receipt since my payment was in cash.

A welcoming hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The mandated electrical shutdowns are an inconvenience but a fact of life in Cape Town unless back up batteries are available. Ask if your room is on the battery backup list!

Très bien
Hôtel bien placé dans un quartier sécurisé. Vue magnifique sur table mountain. Literie confortable et excellent petit déjeuner. L’hôtel n’est pas équipé de groupe électrogène donc cela peut causer des inconvénients lors des délestages électriques fréquents. Des lampes sur batteries sont à disposition dans les chambres.

Staff were amazing. Went beyond their job description. Very clean hotel. Only downside was their breakfast buffet. Quality was fine but keeping the food hot was a problem.

The hotel is an ideal location, you are within walking distance to Company's Garden and the CBD/Greenmarket square. Also, the streets parallel to the hotel are Long and Kloof with lots of trendy restaurants and bars.

Worst experience ever
Possibly my worst stay in Cape Town, EVER. There is no dedicated parking as advertised and you need to find parking in the road in front of the Hotel. The aircons does not blow cold air more like a fan and mine stopped working after a loud bang at about 2 in the morning. The beds base was broken on the one side where the base nearly touched the floor so kept rolling over to that side during the night. Hair stuck in the towels. On the second morning I went down for breakfast and was told that they are not doing breakfast as there’s not enough guests in the Hotel, someone was supposed to notify me of this the previous day, nobody did. Could not wait to get out of there.

Okay, first of all...
First of all, I booked for Cape Town hollow boutiquet Hotel because it came with a balcony room and a private swimming pool. On the Hotel.com website it shows no refunds when you reserve it. The next day got an email that the place that we booked is closed and they need to relocate the room to a different branche with no balcony and no pool. This was ridiculous because we had too accept the room regardless because I won't get my money back. They should remove the add from the app or website so that customers are aware what they getting instead they take your money and you have no choice but to settle. But they place they moved us too was okay and clean and chilled.

室内は綺麗に保たれていた．たまにアメニティの補充が不足することがあったが，言えば補充してくれた． 朝食が7時からなので，早朝だと食べられないことがあった． 空港からの無料シャトルはなかったが，有料のタクシーを手配してくれた．

Recepção do hotel super atenciosa, com informativos de passeios, etc. Destaque para o transporte gratuito até o Waterfront V&A, que facilita muito. Localização ótima, quarto espaço, com uma vista linda das montanhas. Arrumação noturna com chocolatinhos e água. Super indico.

Everything was good. Staff were helpful. Location was convenient (Close to scenic spots). Breakfast was good and there was a free bottle of wine as gift. Room was very spacious. Two shortcomings: wifi was not good inside room, and the bed was not long enough (I think around 6"3).

Pros: The property was clean and in the perfect location away from the noise of the bowl but right across from Company's Garden. Myciti bus only a few blocks away. The breakfast that was included was good with lots of choices. Cons: First impressions are important. I was greeted by someone who not only did not smile but made me feel as if I was disturbing their day with a general attitude that was unfriendly and certainly not welcoming. I was tired, had a bad trip but walked in the door with a smile that was not returned. The company that owns this hotel also owns some luxury safari experiences so I would assume that any of their hotels would be up to par and prepared for electrical outages. Last day, I walked out into the hallway into total darkness. I had already called a taxi so I made my way down the hallway to the stairs which I assumed would be fitted with portable battery powered lights that should have been placed in the stairwell by staff designated to take care of outages. I was struggling with three pieces of luggage from the fourth floor. I called down and no one answered. My phone was out so I had no light. I asked a family passing to please send someone to get me and my luggage. As the bellman came I handed him one piece of luggage and because of the darkness missed a step and fell down two stairs landing hard on my hands and knees. Unacceptable. Will NEVER return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel staff never met anyone so helpful professional in all ways and always a smile whilst helping with ant request. Hotel is located with walking distance to town & restaurant & a free shuttle to Waterfront The only negative is the shower room needs upgrading otherwise a most lovely hotel.will definitely come back & recommend to our friends & family

Such amazing staff! My husbands luggage was not put on the flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town and the reception staff were simply wonderful in tracking it down for us and getting it flown and delivered to the Hotel the next night. Food was fabulous, great location for everything. We loved it.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Das Housekeeping hat sich 2mal am Tag um die Zimmer gekümmert. Abends gab es jeweils ein Betthupferl. Allerdings machte der Poolbereich keinen allzu einladenden Eindruck (Baustelle, klein). Das Frühstück war okay, die Auswahl war aber praktisch jeden Tag dieselbe. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich.

Great stay at Cape Town Hollow! The location is very central to the CBD however it is easy and cost effective to uber around Cape Town if you do not want to walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and courteous, and David from reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accomodate our needs!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. This hotel was a great base to explore Cape Town from and had an element of luxury too.
