Villa Montecasciano

The villa is part of a complex of holiday houses inside an agricultural estate of about 11 hectares, freely accessible to our guests. Villa I Noccioli guests can use a shared swimming pool. Wi Fi is available in the living room of the Villa and in the pool area. Pets not allowed.

Old farmhouse (180 square meters) finely renovated featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, a big separate kitchen with dining table, a big private garden with outdoor furniture. Access to the shared pool. 8 sleeps

The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big pool

Wi-fi available in the living room and in the pool
Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Access to the farmland and access to the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

SURROUNDINGS:
Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)

The house is surrounded by farmland: it is possible that the farmers will work in the area surrounding your house during your stay. We will make sure to warn you in advance to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you

Communal spaces are for exclusive use of our guests. Access to external visitors is not allowed, unless authorization is received and the external guests are registered
