Even more so by the lovely staff, from the moment we arrived at the front desk to checking out. They even had folded and returned our forgotten item. They held our luggage post checkout while we spent the day exploring the rest of the island. I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a hotel such as this. ”We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend.”

”LOTS of steps (150?) to access the hotel, this was not mentioned anywhere in hotels.com page. We stayed during christmas holidays and it seemed like the hotel was just opened for us; Rooms cold (also only one heater for 50m2 apartment), hot water took > 10 minutes to arrive, shower floor was moldy and with lots of small animals (spiders etc). ”From the moment we arrived Roberta made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and after the welcome drink we were shown our amazing room with views on every side. We were looking directly at Vesuvius and the city from one window and the beautiful hills behind.
