”Clean and comfortable room with all the kitchen amenities. Nice bed, kitchen had even table and chairs for eating (not did every other place we stayed). Nice location, easy to drive. We even got the parking right in front of our room with patio. Friendly staff.”

”Perfect for a few days, may not work as well for longer periods of time. Kitchenette is a good description, almost no counter space; host might be able to gain some space by stacking toaster oven atop the microwave. Patio is well-landscaped and comfortable, but has several single steps that are not obvious and lead to falling hazards as these are not marked. Similarly, the entrance gate latch does not work well and the path across the grass is not well-lighted.”

”The host was very responsive and the place was clean and comfortable. There were a few small maintenance issues that we communicated to the host. The outside of the property is not as nice as the photos make it seem, but the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.”

”It was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The one thing that bothered me about the stay was that the place wasn’t clean…. Hair in the bathroom, half an inch of dust and debris underneath every surface (beds, coffee table, dressers, etc) , shady stains on the furniture, etc. interactions with the host were pleasant, besides the general cleanliness of the place, it was a nice stay. ”
