”Lovely little hotel, brilliant location”

”Very nice place, staff very helpful”

”This place was a great find! Everything was super clean, they were very communicative, and the breakfast room was very helpful for us to have toast and coffee every morning. The woman who takes care of the place was very nice and kept everything spotless.”

”Very well kept and clean. Sufficient breakfast and helpful personnel. Great location. Would definitely come back!”

”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home 36! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was well organized, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thank you to Bruno for his outstanding hospitality! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. His kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would highly recommend...

”Very responsive host. Checking in was swift. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The property was conveniently located safe.”

”Rooms were very clean and comfortable”

”Easy going, wonderful location, great value - king sized bed was important …. Wished they had a kettle or small coffee maker, but not an issue (coffee is sooooo expensive in Rome)”

”The room was great. The staff was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The bus was super convenient. The location was great for going to the local attractions. The stairs up to the room could have been cleaner and had better lighting. But over all the experience was very good.”

”We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a...

”We had really pleasant stay in La Casa di Iulia. The host is very kind and warn person. The apartment was really clean and modern. There was a decent AC in room. Breakfast was served into the room. There is shared kitchen. Overall we do not have anything to complain. The apartment location is perfect. About five minute walk to nearest metro station and minute or two to nearest bus stop. It takes about 15 minutes to get into center of Rome. If you are going to visit Rome, we can highly...

”I stayed in a smaller room that looked stylish and clean. The walls between rooms are quite thin and may need a bit of sound-proofing; I woke up at night to a noisy couple coming in next door. Also, there seemed to be a little water damage in the shower, the tiles look a bit wonky there and the damp smell takes over if you shut the noisy ventilation off for the night. The receptionist is very nice and the area full of nice cafés and restaurants, within walking distance from the metro and bus...

”Mateo was excellent!!! Very helpful, courteous and Knowledgeable. It very amenities but then again we spent our time exploring Rome and Italy and only used the hotel to sleep in. Great location, close to everything. I’d recommend it and would stay there again. Only drawback is no parking, so if you rent a car you are stuck having to scour open parking spots on the street and pay by the hour.”

”Good location at Prati, large room with quirky decor (colors may not be to everyone's taste), coffeemaker with pods in room, loads of excellent cafés and restaurants within a few blocks.”

Inadmissible.”

”Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily.”

”Staff very helpful and nice”
