”Was greeted warmly, room was lovely, clean, had everything you need, large TV, kettle, all you needed for hot drinks, nice chocolate and shower gels, breakfast your absolutely spoiled for choice, the full English was amazing cooked by the lovely Debbie. All staff were helpful and cared that my stay was enjoyable, I would recommend a stay here for sure”

”What a gem of a place. Beautiful please in a stunning setting. Nothing was too much for the staff here who were always so pleasant and lovely. Food was delicious and the dog loved it. A must place to visit and a must place to stay. ”

”Accommodation is in well furnished self catering or modern rooms. This is not a hotel. Access and parking is convoluted and is not ideal for those with mobility problems. Rooms are accessed via a staircase. Room to room noise is evident and Saturday night is lively across the road until midnight. Breakfast is served at the 1176 restaurant and is very good with friendly staff and good locally sourced ingredients. There is nearby street parking for blue badge holders but would not recommend...
