”We booked a room with a lake view, but there was no lake. The air conditioning unit was very loud, sounded like a helicopter. It was impossible to sleep. We have never seen such poor quality towels at a hotel. The color was on the gray side and torn sides. We chose not to use those. We would not choose this place again for many reasons!”

”Property is set of a beautiful area, just the rooms need updating. They were clean but not quite what you would expect for a resort and the price. Paid for a Deluxe room with Lake view and was given a room on the bottom floor with the pool directly in front so I requested a room in the building beside it and found out the entire building was closed. Was given a room on top floor of same building and it was an ok view. Would be good for one or two nights but wouldn’t recommend for a full week.”

”The staff who helped us check-in wasn't very friendly. After finishing the process, we asked him about Lake Powell touring and he just pointed us to the computer room with hundreds of brochures. "We don't recommend any company; you go find yourself." Very disappointed on this kind of service. Everything else is nearly perfect.”

”Excellent value for a really nice hotel with a great location. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights the end of May ‘24. ”It was a nice, generally clean hotel in a very convenient location (across the street from a great BBQ restaurant). But I did have some issues: -The trash in the hallway was not picked up for a half day. -The elevator floor had some white dirt over night. -The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. One washer was broken. -They didn't have enough quarters to exchange for the washer. The staffs were nice, and we enjoyed the happy hour at the bar. Will come back when we go to the Antelope...
