”**WARNING**
Absolute nightmare!! Worst service ever!!
We booked a suite for two nights via Hotels.com. The room we got was not what we paid for. Obviously, we went to ask the reception about it. The answer what I got from the reception was that we would need to complain to the Hotels.com because we have used third-party operator OR we can just leave the property (it was 9:30pm at the Friday evening). No Sorry for the inconviniece or Apologies. Just you can leave the property..
Next morning...

”Rambo's decent view of the mountain was pretty good, had the t v go out so that I had to be replaced while we were there. Breakfast was your normal, low end fare scramble, eggs, sausage gravy biscuits were little hard. Same with the muffins they had white toast, apple juice, orange juice and spiced. Oven baked potato. Layout, for the doors to go into the rooms was kind of different cos. They're at angles, so you have to squeeze the carts for your luggage through the door cause. It's a tight fit,...

”Very nice, new feeling tiny home. We rented both sides and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and be able to shut the door between parents and children. Couldn’t get the WIFI to work. Clean and quiet. But bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. None of the upper windows have coverings.”
