Oceanfront Beach House

Suuri, kaunis, mukava moderni rantatalo.

Kaunis näkymä ja helppo pääsy rannalle. 2 minuutin kävelymatka, ja muutamia portaita tai luiska, ja hiekalla. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on oma kylpyhuone, piha lasten leikkiä varten mukavassa ja kätevällä ranta- / rannikkoalueella. Tämä ei ole juhlatila, mutta perheen talo. Carlsbad valittiin yhdeksi Yhdysvaltojen parhaista perheen rannoista. Mukava iso keittiö graniitilla, ruokasalin istuimet 6. Ulkona kuuma ja kylmä suihku. Täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, patio, pöytä ja tuolit. grilli, kaikki merinäköalalla. Best decision I’ve ever made on VRBO! This house is a historic landmark that was renovated years ago. It was the PERFECT location for our vacation! A private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms! We (my husband and I) stayed here with our two adult children (18 and 20) and had the time of our lives. We surfed, had a BBQ, hung out at the beach, watched cable TV, sat by the fire pit on the deck and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. We also went fishing in a nearby lagoon. Everything is within walking distance. This house has a private parking space to the left of the garage so we never had to worry about parking if we left to go somewhere. Pam and Al were amazing hosts! They literally have everything in the house that you could possibly need: chip clips, griddle, stain remover for clothing, etc. We will definitely be back! You can rent a 335 sq ft room at a resort in Carlsbad for 400 a night or you can rent this private beachside house right on the ocean for the week at a reasonable price. We are SO glad we found this place! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the memories we made here. Just incredible!

Perfect family getaway

This is the largest and most well-appointed house we've rented in the North County area so far. Incredible view from the front, a nice stroll from Carlsbad Village, and across the street from the beach are all added bonuses. Very well appointed kitchen, great appliances, I can't think of a single negative. Great communication from the hosts.

Spring Thing

MPut together a spur of the moment trip and stayed here for five days. It was the most amazingly perfect stay in absolutely every single way. The hosts were so phenomenal and accommodating to any need we could have thought of. The time flew by so quickly that we were saddened to leave. We are actually looking forward to planning a future stay.

Loved spending time in Carlsbad. The village has lots of interesting shops and really great restaurants. This location was walking distance to the village and beautiful beach.

Excellent space, except.....

I was disconcerted to see that "50 yards to the sand" meant that you have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach. The space is lovely and immaculate and perfect, except for the non-mention of the road.

We loved the location of this house so close to the beach and the window in the living room was the cherry on top! What a great place to reset and have a perfect set up for conversation and rest! The listing said there was a hot tub, it wasn’t important to us but maybe that should be updated.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was better than expected and we are looking forward to staying there again. The kitchen is stocked, there is everything you need to have a fun beach day and the couches that pull out into a bed are very comfortable. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. We highly recommend this location!

Wedding Delight

My adult family of 5 stayed for the week and it was the perfect location and home for our son's wedding in the area. Vigiluccis is on the same block and is an excellent restaurant. It is close to Carlsbad Village shops and eating establishments. Try 264 Fresco too. The owners are close and were very accomodating. We absolutley loved our stay and highly recommend. Location, location and location. Parking was also easy for 2 vehicles. Kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Al and Pam for a perfect home away from home.

An overdue Beach vacation

First of all the owner of the property was warm and welcoming. The location was great the view and proximity to the beach and the walking area along it was fantastic. The actual home was clean well stocked with dishes and utensils and the living are was comfortable. If I had any issue, and it’s only mine was the steps within the units to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedrooms and bathroom, i have a bad back. But that was a minor inconvenience that didn’t impact the enjoyment of the property

Great place to stay. The location is directly across from the beach. It is a wonderful place if you have smaller children. It is all fenced in and plenty areas for the small kids to run around. The owners are accommodating

Wonderful beach time

This is a clean, well furnished home. We had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels, etc. The location is great, rjght across the street from the beach a and without walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the Village. We ended our evenings on the deck in front of the fire, watching the sun go down. It was a wonderful place.

Wonderful Beach Home

Our family of four stayed at this lovely beach house over spring break. You can’t beat the location, just a short walk from the beach and not far from Carlsbad Village, grocery stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable, clean and had a fabulous outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we took advantage of the outdoor gas grill as well. It was a bit cool and rainy the week we were there, so the indoor gas fireplace was a nice amenity. Pam was a gracious host and was responsive before, during and after our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here in this very clean and comfortable beach house. Pam was welcoming and always available to answer questions. There home was better than described and had every appliance that we needed. The location was perfect with quick and easy access to the beach, to town and to area restaurants. The home had several areas to relax in and was a safe and protective setting for our 2 yr old grandson. We plan on returning again.
