”We had a great stay at the Lifeboat Inn. The room had an amazing view over the harbour. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very welcoming and friendly ”

”We loved Carbis Bay best - the best beach. Very steep exciting walk to the beach or you can drive. Great local eateries, parking included and great base. Would love to return. ”

”The room was ok for an overnight stay but any longer and it needs comfy seats, not just a bed, to sit on. The curtain had been pulled off the rail on one side, so did not close easily, but the bathroom was roomy and very clean! The staff are delightful - very professional and helpful... They clearly like dogs at The Godolphin and accommodate them with flair! We sometimes feel dogs are just tolerated, though not here.....!! The food was just ok.... (dare I say even disappointing) the single...

All areas were incredible. Our room was beautiful and the sea view was glorious. Food in the restaurant was great, including breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend.”

”We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. There was a minor plumbing issue one evening, and they did everything possible to rectify it that evening. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to get the part till the next day, but we...
