”This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. ”

”We loved staying at the playita. Great quiet place very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and 2 steps down to the beach. The cafecito in the morning was my favorite thing every morning. We love chatting with Mary and playing with coco and arena, the 2 dogs in the hotel. We will be back!”

”We had exceptional service in the pool area bar and Papaya Fernando and Pedro were absolutely fantastic, the first night there though we had a waiter ignore us for about 20 minutes after we sat down to have dinner and a cocktail finally my husband got up and went to the bartender and asked for drinks, then we finally ordered food, my husbands cheeseburger came out and he was finished eating and we were still waiting for my small pizza, we had to ask about the food and if they ordered it for me,...
