”We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! ”

”We rented the place for a mini reunion for 12 Cornell grads from the 90’sThe place is well equipped with plenty of bedrooms, a large deck and living space to accommodate everyone in the group. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks and the fire pit at night. The outdoor flat top grill was great for cooking meals for the group. Location 15 min away from Ithaca Commons and Cornell was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the place again and is ideal for both adults and families. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. The cottage was bright and airy with several windows affording views and natural light. Clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. . ”

”Wonderful retreat on the shore of Lake Cayuga! Great porch with a gorgeous view and a large fire-pit for s'mores! Wish we'd had longer to make use of pingpong table, cornhole and dock/kayaks (though we were surprised by the strength of the the lake current!) The property is serene and peaceful -- lots of birdsong and deer-- just a bit remote from shopping (beyond a dollar store).”
