”The toilet was clogged when we arrived. (Needed it badly at the time) Staff not only made comments about it as if I had clogged it but they took 40 minutes and three trips to the front to get us someone to unclog it. They ended up switching us to a different room altogether. Definitely something that housekeeping should have noticed beforehand but at least they moved us.”

”They need to do better about people hanging outside the rooms I don’t appreciate opening my room door to two guys and a woman lurking outside my room the staff accused me of taking towels when I didn’t they were put in the dirty laundry hamper they use”
