The location of the apartment and the building itself were excellent, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to a serious pest infestation.
The main issue was a clear infestation of bugs that appeared to be cockroaches. This was extremely unpleasant, alarming, and made the stay very uncomfortable. It was the most significant concern and really affected our overall experience.
In addition, the kitchen faucet was leaking and needed repair.
The internet service was also unreliable, frequently going down and often not working at all. It was frustrating that the management company was already aware of ongoing issues with the internet provider but did not take effective action to resolve the problem or offer a reliable alternative\.
Overall, while the location and building are great, the pest infestation in particular, along with the plumbing and internet issues, made our stay far from satisfactory. I hope management addresses these problems seriously for future residents and guest. The should disclose in the description this type of issues because the management property make it looks like is normal.
