Due to building regulations, a one-time registration fee must be paid at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the staff member who checks you in:

- Up to 6 people: $90.000 COP
- Up to 7 people: $180.000 COP
- Up to 8 people: $270.000 COP

All guests are required to present their physical identification document at the front desk:

- Colombian citizens: Must present their citizenship card/identity card/Civil Registry document.
- Foreign nationals: Must present a valid, stamped passport or a valid Special Temporary Residence Permit (if applicable)/valid Foreigner’s ID card (if applicable).

- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians during their stay. If traveling with someone other than their parents or guardians, they must present a notarized and authenticated letter of authorization from their parents.
