”Clean, quiet and new hotel. Excellent location. Do go!😊”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.”

”Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

”The property and bedroom were clean, and housekeeping was acceptable. However, my rating reflects two significant issues. Despite advance email exchanges requesting my flight details, my precise arrival estimate of 6:15 p.m., and my emphasis that I had dinner reservation that evening, the front desk was unattended when I arrived at 6:10 p.m. I waited 45 minutes for the ONLY employee to return from her break. When I asked why they had emailed to confirm my arrival time if the desk was going to...

”Risteilylle lähtijöille huippu lokaatio.”

”No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond, The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay. All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again.”

”This is an historic building in old San Juan. It's unique character and fantastic location were excellent. The staff was attentive and informative.”

”We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!”

”Great location, easy access to property.”

”The owners were very helpful with our stay. We did lose power, but overall it was beautiful room set up very nicely for me and my friend and the air-conditioning is very nice”

”We had a great stay! The place was very clean, tidy, and exactly as expected. The location was perfect, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!”
