”Meidän huoneessa haisi puhdas uloste ihan koko ajan. Se yltyi kun ilmastoinnin laittoi päälle. Vika oli laajempi koska hlökunta suihki käytäville sprayhajustetta. Aamulla oli siivous ja kun nukuimme yli 9:ään, huonetta ei enää sitten siivottu. Huoneessa ei ollut vedenkeitintä, vain vettä pullossa + 2 lasia. Aamupala mitäänsanomaton, ei minkäänlaisia kasviksia, leipää, leikkelettä tms. Munakasta, paistettua perunaa ja nakkia, hedelmiä. Alakerrassa ei baaria mutta juomia sai as complimentary....

”The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were clean . The bedrooms were great and private curtains for reducing light and sound worked well! The artwork was fun! Breakfast was a good start for the day! Love the location in the GASLAMP District.”

”Great Location, walking distance to many highlights in downtown, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The historical highlights in the building gave this hotel a lot of charm and made it unique to the area.”

”There was only one elevator that was working but the staff made every effort to help the guests. Nice staff and clean hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Diego!”

”The staff were really helpful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the stay. The AC in the room did not work properly, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage water whenever we showered. When I first checked in, there were also moments where I genuinely couldn’t tell if the room had been cleaned properly. Overall, the condition of the room was very disappointing.”

”Victor goes above and beyond with his wealth of knowledge of the surrounding areas. The folks at the desk were very helpful and patient answering any questions. Downside : we were going to eat at the restaurant but the bartender was preoccupied with his conversation with someone at the bar. Also , we stayed 7 days and only had housekeeping 2 days. Kind of lax for the $$$ you charge.”

”Stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand Moxy is meant to be more casual and compact, but the rooms felt old and not well maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, there was barely any closet or storage space, and no complimentary water in the room. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once during my entire stay, and I had to call and request it myself. Overall, the hotel feels overdue for updates and better service standards.”

”Our bathroom was dirty - hair on floor and in sink and tub The tub was not clean had white powder. Then the tub did not drain it was stopped up. Gunk came up from the pipes. We had to inconveniently change rooms.”

”Hyvä sijainti. Siisti, hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Tilava huone kokolattiamatolla, pieni jääkaappi, kapselikahvinkeitin. Säädettävä ilmastointi / lämmitys, joka toisin piti kovan äänen aina käynnistyessään. Aulassa ilmainen kahvi 24/7. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta.”
