”Low key, quiet and clean. Great location, central to the most popular tourists sites. Metro station and Spanish Steps is only a 5 minute walk. You can walk to the Vatican Museum, St Peter’s Basilica, Trevi Fountain, or even the Colosseum but I would suggest taking the metro for first and last of the those as you will do plenty of walking while you are there. Many places to eat nearby as well.”

He took extra time to make sure we understood where we were in relation to all of the attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. It was quiet and a solid stay. I would definitely stay again. Great location!”

”When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over...

”We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The hotel had had some upgrades just before we arrived and everything was even better than expected. The staff was very welcoming and helping us whenever and whatever we needed. Because of the renovations our bathroom door didn’t lock and once we mentioned it, they fixed it so swiftly we didn’t even know anyone had been in our room. The location is perfect, very center but still very quiet and the fact that the hotel is on an old church that was converted,...

Literally 8-10 walking steps from Piazza di Spagna. Alert is on the fourth floor, the elevator takes you there. The staff were outstanding and super friendly. We will definitely come back again.”
