”I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.””

”Wonderful mountain views from the hot tubs, and select room balconies. Property is perfectly located. Works great for an easy 15-20 minute walk downtown, and a quick bus ride back, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Parking was secure. Room was clean and had amenities, especially the coffee maker which was replenished everyday. Our air conditioner stopped working one night, but they immediately addressed and fixed the issue. We'd stay there again.”
