”I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.””

”This hotel is very clean, under ground parking , coin laundromat and stuff is very friendly. Right across the street is a bus stop and the grocery store is to the right very convenient.”

”Great location! This hotel is in the shopping and dining area of Banff. Everything you want is walking distance, even the bus/shuttles to the many activities in the National Parks. The rooms are on the smaller size but were comfortable and plenty for my wife and me. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This will be where I stay on return trips.”

”We had a great stay overall! The hotel is in a very convenient location—everything was walkable, from breakfast and dinner spots to local shops and even a convenience store. It felt completely safe walking around, even in the evenings, and the area had some fantastic coffee options just steps away.
The hotel is also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us. Our furry companion was just as welcomed as we were. The staff was absolutely incredible—genuinely kind, helpful, and always checking in...

”Recently refurbished room with nice Mountain View’s from the balcony. Some snagging issues with the room (cabling at kitchen area) which we reported to reception staff. Underground parking was easy and convenient. Great location in easy walking distance of bars and restaurants around Banff avenue area. Swimming pool great too. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Great location to everything Banff has to offer, slightly away from the the hustle of downtown shopping which made it more quiet, but on the main street. Staff was great and helpful. Parking was secure. Room was clean and had amenities, especially the coffee maker which was replenished everyday. Our air conditioner stopped working one night, but they immediately addressed and fixed the issue. We'd stay there again.”

”Cannot say enough about this place. Not the cheapest option but value can’t be beat. Easy access as you enter Banff. Used Brewster Express to avoid a car rental, so I can’t comment on parking. Quiet location with some amazing views and easy access to anything you need in town. Loved the balcony. Ride tickets for the bus (and amazing coffee) were nice perks. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Absolutely intend to stay here when returning to Banff!”
