Quiet location with some amazing views and easy access to anything you need in town. Loved the balcony. Ride tickets for the bus (and amazing coffee) were nice perks. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Absolutely intend to stay here when returning to Banff!”

”Great location! This hotel is in the shopping and dining area of Banff. Everything you want is walking distance, even the bus/shuttles to the many activities in the National Parks. The rooms are on the smaller size but were comfortable and plenty for my wife and me. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This will be where I stay on return trips.”
